Pre-Manufacturing
Technology Assessment
Our engineering team performs a technical evaluation of your part design before the production phase begins. This includes the evaluation of important factors such as materials, surface finish, structure, workmanship and other details of 3D and 2D drawings.
Material Verification
Upon request from our customers, we provide certification of the materials used to manufacture your parts. The report is from the raw material manufacturer and usually includes material calorific value, material grade, material size, mechanical properties, chemical analysis, etc.
Manufacturing
On-Site Inspection System
In precision machining, ensuring the material is consistently in the correct position is crucial. An on-site inspection system is employed to automatically verify the position and make the necessary adjustments. Utilizing an on-site inspection system also aids in early problem detection, which saves costs and time.
Process Quality Control
At RapidDirect, we rigorously follow ISO 9001:2015 standards. Quality control staff perform regular inspections of all parts in production every two hours. This proactive approach helps in mitigating potential risks.
Final Inspection
Full-dimensional inspection report
For all orders, we provide full dimensional inspection report on request. This report will include the following: quantity of parts, critical dimensions, threads and tolerances, thicknesses and depths, part appearance, etc.
